IKU Firetech
Stops cladding fires racing up tall buildings.
An external fire can spread up a high-rise façade in minutes, out of reach of fire crews. IKU Firetech is built into the façade and suppresses the fire at source, on the floor where it starts.
- Tested to NFPA 285, the US standard for fire spread on external walls.
- Retrofits to existing buildings without scaffolding or closing the building.

IKU Windows
Patented self-cleaning glass façades.
Cleaning glass at height is slow, costly and puts people at risk. IKU Windows builds the cleaning into the façade, so the whole building is cleaned at the touch of a button, with no cradle, rope access or BMU.

- Keeps photovoltaic glass in the façade clean, so it keeps producing power for the building.

Solagains
Keeps solar farms producing at full power.
Dust and sand cut the output of solar panels: uncleaned panels can lose 30 to 50% of their efficiency. Solagains cleans utility-scale solar farms automatically, so plants keep producing.
- Cleaning runs whenever it is needed, with no crews on the panels.
- A typical return within 9 to 18 months, depending on the size of the plant.
